ARTEP will assist you with compliance to the Unemployment Insurance fund.
This includes:  

  • Employer and Employee registrations
  • Monthly UIF declarations.
  • Maternity benefits application on behalf of the client.

Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR)

WSP’s and ATR’s are submitted annually to your Sector Education and Training Authority

ARTEP will assist you to compile and submit your Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR) to your relevant SETA. 

Employment Equity Reports

The Act has the following objectives:

Promoting equal opportunity and fair treatment in employment through the elimination of unfair discrimination; and Implementing affirmative action measures to redress the disadvantages in employment experienced by designated groups, to ensure their equitable representation in all occupational levels in the workforce. – DoL 


Employers with less than 150 workers must send their reports –·

  • within 12 months after they become employers; and thereafter·
  • every year ending with an even number.Employers with more than 150 workers must send their reports –·
  • within 6 months after they become employers; and thereafter·
  • every year on the first working day in October.
  • Based on Legislation in Section 21, of the Employment Equity Act

ARTEP will assist you to compile and submit your EE report to Department of Labour.
